What Is

Reflexology is a technique where stimulation of specific reflex points on the hands, feet, ears and face has a healing effect on the body providing deep relaxation and stimulating the body’s own healing mechanisms.

Reflexology is an alternative complementary therapy and should not be considered as an alternative to conventional medicine. Reflexology can only assist and support, not cure.

Can Reflexology help me?

Reflexology is a wonderful treatment, stimulating the body’s’ systems, and promoting overall relaxation and wellbeing.

It is suitable for all ages and may bring relief to a wide range of acute and chronic conditions. It can also be

particularly helpful in dealing with many of those long term and recurring health issues.

What conditions can Reflexology help?

These are just a few conditions reflexology can help with;

sinusitis, asthma, allergies, skin conditions, headaches, migraines, IBS, PMT/PMS, hormonal imbalances,

insomnia, back problems, sciatic pain and past operative/trauma

How many treatments will I need?

A course of 6 is recommended for optimum benefit as reflexology is an accumulative treatment; for eg;

treatment number 2 will help treatment number 1 and so on. It can have an amazing result and many

clients tend to have top up treatments thereafter every 4 to 5 weeks to maintain benefits.

Each client has an initial consultation and a treatment plan is discussed during this.

Treatment plans will vary from client to client. Please email

for more information and/or to arrange an appointment.

The Treatment

Reflexology is performed on the feet and ankles; however, I offer reflexology

to the hand and face too. Undressing is not required.

The first appointment includes a consultation period, whereby a treatment

can be specifically tailored to a client’s needs.

The client is helped onto a reclining LaFuma or Couch and lies down, supported with pillows and covered in

a soft, warm blanket. Relaxing music will play in the background with lights turned down low.

During the treatment, specific reflex points on the feet and toes are stimulated, therefore it is not ticklish!

The reflex points correlate to every organ, gland and structure of the body. These points are stimulated

with a specific type of pressure. The organs and systems are encouraged to release blocked energies

and toxins, therefore bringing the body back into balance.

First treatment will be 1hr and 15mins.

This includes consultation and a 55 minute treatment, and a 55 minute treatment thereafter.
